DUNSON, Lidda
I would like to find the Dunson's of Heard Co. Lidda Dunson was the daughter of a Richard Dunson and Liza ? (could be Hawk, Veal, Zachary/Zachry, Lane) they would connect with the Isham J. and Barbara Miller Daniel family from Heard Co., Rufus Daniel/s (Isham J and Barbara's son) married her in OK in 1896, (but she was born in FL says the 1880 census for Heard Co. 1880 has Lidda as 5 months(this would go with my lydia-ggrandmother) this is a black and mu. family I'm looking for. I don't have a web site, there are too many unanswered questions. My Daniel family has been in Heard County since about 1840 or 50 and many should still be there.

EASON, John
He was found living with his wife's parents Louis Borders in Heard County, 1860.
John Eason
Nancy (Borders) Eason
children: Erastus Eason
James Eason
Nancy died following child birth, with James. The children were left with an aunt, Lucinda (Pope) Eason, also found in Heard County, and John Eason supposedly joined the war from Heard County. But I cannot find any further trace of where he ended up or where he came from. The census says he was born in Georgia, but not sure where or who his parents were. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank You,

PARKER, Jonathan
I am looking for information on the origins and family of Jonathan Parker (abt. 1807 NC) who married Eunice “Nicy” Smith (abt. 1818 GA). The PARKERS were in Talladega Co. AL in 1850 and in Franklin, Heard Co. GA in 1860 and 1870. Children were: Isham, Emaline, Mary A.E., William Hamilton ( “Sam”?), Floyd, John Jacob, Amanda, Willis ( “Sam”?), Nicie Ann Susan, James, and Nancy Clementine. My g-grandmother was Frances Emaline Parker (1835-1936) who married John W. Wright. They were in Franklin, Heard Co. GA in 1860 and later migrated to Clay Co. AL. We have no PARKER information prior to 1850. We have been able to trace several of the children but are missing information on others. I am also interested in the youngsters, Jane and Henry SMITH and Thomas RAY who were in the PARKER home in 1870. I believe that Jane and Henry were siblings of Nancy Smith Parker, wife of Floyd, and that their father, Willis SMITH, might have been a brother to Eunice “Nicy” Smith Parker. I have no clue as to the identity of Thomas RAY (age 10 in 1870).
